Save energy, conserve resources - compressed air solutions with measurable added value

JN Eberle & Cie. GmbH is setting a strong example for sustainability and resource conservation in production: With the By investing in a modern air compressor, we are taking another step towards energy-efficient production and climate protection.

Our new air compressor impresses with a significant reduction in energy consumption – around 20% less energy is required to generate compressed air. We also efficiently utilize the waste heat generated, for example, to heat one of our production buildings. In the future, the generated heat can also be used to heat domestic water, thus saving additional resources.

As part of this project, we also systematically eliminated compressed air leaks throughout the entire production facility. This measure not only further reduces energy consumption but also increases the reliability and efficiency of our entire compressed air supply.

The implementation of this pioneering project was supported by funding from the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA) – a further sign of the strategic importance of this investment for the environment and the economy.
