STADTRADELN 2026 | A strong statement for climate protection – Thank you to our Eberle team! 💚

The past few weeks have shown us emphatically: The extreme summer temperatures and devastating fires in southern Europe make it clear that active climate protection is not something for the future but must happen now. Every kilogram of CO₂ counts!

From July 4 to 24, the city of Augsburg once again called on people to take part in STADTRADELN—and the city's overall result is absolutely impressive:

🚴 1,249,865 kilometers were cycled in Augsburg!

🌱 That corresponds to around 205 tonnes of CO saved₂.

🌳 To remove this amount of CO₂ To filter it from the air, 16,000 to 20,000 mature trees would be needed for an entire year.

➡️ A car journey of more than 30 times around the Earth was avoided!

Our Eberle result: Small but incredibly strong!

We at Eberle also took part. Of our approximately 145 employees, a six-person core team tirelessly got on their bikes despite the extreme summer heat.

Our Eberle results:

📍 1,100 kilometers cycled

🔁 237 bike trips

🌱 180 kg of CO₂-savings (equivalent to the annual filtering capacity of around 15 to 18 trees)

🚴♂️ An incredible 183 km per person!

A huge thank-you to our six cyclists for this fantastic effort! Covering an average of more than 183 kilometers per person every day in high temperatures shows true Eberle team spirit and commitment to sustainability.
