The J.N. Eberle & Cie. GmbH, based in Augsburg, is a globally respected manufacturer of metal band saw blades, bimetal strip steel, as well as rolled and tempered precision strip steel products. Since its founding in 1836, Eberle has stood for the highest quality, technological expertise, and international market presence.

Our core technologies include martensitic tempering, continuous joining using beam technologies, and mechanical processing of metal strips. Our products are used in a variety of industries – including DIY, mechanical engineering, automotive, food, and tools. In 2024, Eberle achieved sales of 65 million EUR and has set itself an ambitious international growth and efficiency improvement program.

International Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for the saw sales division

at the Augsburg location for J.N. Eberle & Cie. GmbH.

Job description:

• Managing and expanding our customer base in selected countries
• Creating strategic concepts for targeted development of new markets
• Active acquisition of new customers and business partners in the metalworking and machining industry
• Technical consulting and product presentation of our band saw blades
• Supporting customers in selecting and applying our products, especially in steel machining
• Conducting market analyses and developing strategic measures to expand business
• Participation in trade fairs and events to represent our company

Requirements:

• Successfully completed technical or commercial training (e.g., machining mechanic) or comparable qualification
• Experience in the areas of band saw blades, machining, or sawing machines
• Experience in technical sales and key account management
• High willingness to travel and flexibility
• Strong communication and negotiation skills combined with a pronounced customer focus
• Good English skills
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
