Save energy, conserve resources ♻️ Compressed air solutions with measurable added value

J.N. Eberle & Cie. GmbH is making a strong commitment to sustainability and resource conservation in production: With the investment in a modern compressed air compressor, we are taking another step toward energy-efficient manufacturing and climate protection.

Our new compressed air compressor impresses with a significant reduction in energy consumption – about 20% less energy is required for compressed air generation. In addition, we efficiently use the waste heat generated, for example, to heat one of our production buildings. In the future, the recovered heat can also be used to warm service water, saving additional resources.

As part of this project, we also systematically eliminated compressed air leaks throughout the entire production facility. This measure not only further reduces energy consumption but also increases the reliability and efficiency of our entire compressed air supply.

The implementation of this forward-looking project was supported by funding from the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA) – another sign of the strategic importance of this investment for the environment and the economy.
